Elmer Dunbar, M.D.

Dr. Dunbar, Pain Management Specialist and Anesthesiologist at Pain Control Network, stresses a total approach to Pain Management that includes the mind, body, and spirit. His holistic approach has helped countless people over the years deal with back, headache and neck pain, as well as pain from terminal illnesses.

Dr. Dunbar evaluates the whole person to decide what steps to take to help relieve pain. Controlling pain requires a specialist, a physician who is trained in up-to-date pain control processes that may or may not require prescription medicine.

No two patients are alike and solutions to pain differ greatly. Dr. Dunbar and his staff look for the best solution for each individual patient.

He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Anesthesiology, and the American Academy of Pain Management. He is also a member of the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians and the Kentucky Society of Interventional Pain Physicians.
